ارزشیابی مطلوبیت شاخص‌های امنیت اطلاعات و شبکه سایبری در بنادر با تاکید بر پدافند غیرعامل(مطالعه موردی: مجتمع بندری امام خمینی(ره))

چکیده
بنادر در میان تاسیسات و زیرساخت‌های کشورها، می‌توانند تحت تاثیر تهدیدات قرار گیرند. بازدارندگی آسیب به تاسیسات و تجهیزات دریائی و بندری با حفظ امنیت اطلاعات و شبکه سایبری یکی از چالش برانگیرترین و به روزترین موضوعات در زمینۀ حفاظت از بنادر به حساب می‌آید. نظر به اهمیت موضوع، این پژوهش به ارزشیابی مطلوبیت‌ امنیت اطلاعات و شبکه سایبری در بندر امام خمینی(ره) از منظر پدافند غیرعامل با استفاده از پانزده گویه/ شاخص پرداخته است. نوع تحقیق کاربردی و روش تحقیق، پیمایشی- ارزیابی با تاکید بر پرسشنامه می‌باشد. جامعه آماری شامل کارکنان و کارشناسان خبره اداره بندر و برخی مسئولین نهادهای شهر بندر امام خمینی(ره) بوده که حجم نمونه تعیین شده 100 نفر می‌باشد. به‌ منظور بررسی‌ نرمال‌بودن توزیع ‌داده‌ها از آزمون کلموگروف-‌اسمینروف و جهت بررسی وضعیت متغیرهای پژوهش از آزمون بارتلت وKMO و همچنین برای رتبه‌بندی شاخص‌ها از مدل فریدمن استفاده شده است.

چکیده English

Among the facilities and infrastructures of countries, ports can be vulnerable to threats. Deterrence of harm to maritime and port facilities and equipment while maintaining the security of information and cyber network is one of the most challenging and current issues in the field of port protection. Considering the importance of the subject, this research focuses on the assessment of the desirability of information security and cyber network in Imam Khomeini Port from the perspective of non-military defense, using fifteen criteria/indicators. The research is applied, and the research method is survey-assessment with an emphasis on a survey. The statistical population includes employees and experienced experts of the port authority and some officials of the city institutions in Imam Khomeini Port, with a sample size of 100 people. To examine the normality of data distribution, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test is used, and for assessing the status of research variables, the Bartlett and KMO tests are employed. Additionally, the Friedman model is utilized for ranking the indices.
