"Electronic and Cyber Defense" scientific Journal, based on the letter number 3/85595 from the Scientific Journal Review Commission of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology dated 6/12/1392 and publishing license under registration number 27762/91 dated 9/20/1391 Deputy Press and Information Affairs Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, published by Imam Hussein (AS) University since spring 2013. The purpose of this Journal is to provide a suitable platform for exchanging information and publishing the results of scientific, technical and specialized research studies, professors, specialists and students in fields related to Cyber and Electronic Defense for their level of theoretical knowledge and also preparing useful specialized collections.
Based on the notification dated 3/5/2018, this journal has been published as a research journal that has succeeded in obtaining a rating license in the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) (link to publications approved by ISC) and in the international authoritative lists such as Google Scholar and Academia.edu is also indexed. Also, the electronic and cyber defense scientific journal edited by Dr. Mohammad Reza Hosni Ahangar (Professor of Imam Hossein University (A.S.)) from the spring issue of 2012 onwards succeeded in obtaining a license from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.(link of the publication in the system of scientific publications of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology)
Audience: The audience of this Journal is made up of professors, academic faculty members of universities, experts in Electrical Engineering and Cyber and related fields.
This Journal accepts articles for free in the following areas, following the guidelines of the authors' guide:
1- Cyber defense (data security, software, system, hardware threats, etc.), 2- Information security, Encryption, cryptography, protocols and standards 3- Vulnerabilities and threats of cyber space 4- Jamming and Deception (Communication, radar, control, surveillance and navigation) 5- Finding, locating, rejecting and intercepting signals 6- Electronic defense (laser, electro-optical, acoustic) 7- Modeling and simulation of electronic and Cyber Defense 8- New technologies Electronic and cyber defense 9- Command and control in electronic and cyber Defense 10- topics of doctrine, strategies and future research of related areas 11- processing based on related areas.
Note: Submitted articles should not be published in Journal or domestic and foreign conferences or sent simultaneously.
